Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor dies due to leukemia blood cancer, know what happens

In the last two days, two veteran Bollywood actors died due to cancer. On Wednesday, actor Irrfan Khan, who hails from Jaipur to Bollywood, belongs to the world. Today the great artist Rishi Kapoor bid adieu to this Jahan. Rishi Kapoor, who ruled the hearts of people for decades, kept entertaining doctors and medical staff even in the last moments of his life. He was suffering from leukemia blood cancer for two years.



What is Leukemia Blood Cancer?


Leukemia is a type of blood cancer that affects the part of the body from which we have the ability to fight external infections. Leukemia is caused by an increase in the number of white blood cells in the body. White blood cells dominate the red blood cells and also dominate the platelets that play an important role in keeping the body healthy. Excessive amounts of white blood cells cause great harm to the body.



Symptoms of leukemia blood cancer


  • Cancer related fatigue, chills, dizziness, fatigue, fever and loss of appetite.
  • Blood in stool, diarrhea and nausea.
  • swollen lymph nodes.
  • Unintentional weight loss.
  • Rashes or red spots on the body.
  • Pain in bones or joints.






Types of leukemia


Acute myelogenous leukemia- It can occur in adults and children. It is the most common type of leukemia.

Acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) - It occurs mostly in children.

Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) - It affects most adults.

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) - People over the age of 55 are more affected by it. Rarely does it affect children. A rare CLL subtype is hairy cell leukemia. Its name is due to cancerous lymphocytes when viewed with a microscope.
